What are the laws on marketing a product, made from 2 Existing products?

If you buy two existing products and made a third product from them, you can sell the third product. Yet, you may not be able to use the brands, logos, and trademarks of the existing products for your new product. There are many laws that could potentially apply. Additional detail is needed to identify what you can and cannot do.
