I want to ask if im able to resell website templates, modified (especially modified) or not from the

question about Resellable Templates, and seems its

Use, here its said im not allowed to sell templates, but im not sure since, resellable templates
seem to have another license. Its very confusing, would appreciate a little help here. So my
question is can i sell those Website Template Resell Packages, modified or not, in any way i desire
(on my personal website or any other method of selling)? Thanks in advance for your answer.
