I am out on bond currently on a charge then I got re-arrested.I was leaving my home to go to the
hospital because I had injured my wrist.I had called

I am out on bond currently on a charge then I got re-arrested.I was leaving my home to go to the
hospital because I had injured my wrist.I had called 911 because I was unable to drive.However, they
never showed up so I called a friend who I finally got on the phone to take me.Upon leaving my house
to go meet my friend the police came up.I was asked what the problem was and I explained.The officer
looked at my wrist and said it didn''t appear to be injured.So, I was arrested for giving false
information to the police and went back to jail.I got bonded back out and went straight to the
hospital because of my injury.I was put into a cast for my wrist and given paperwork of the
injury.So, I went to court for my other charge and was told by my attorney that my case had been
passed.I gave her my documentation on my injury and she informed me that the State Attorney''s
office was requesting for my bnd to be revoked.I am a little scared cause I don''t want to sit in
jail because I have a really g

Technically if you pick up a new case while out on bond your bond can be revoked in the original case. However, based on what you wrote here it sounds like the judge and the prosecutor should cut you a break and the new arrest be dismissed. You need to hire an attorney if you don't already have one to resolve this matter for you. You should not be in jail for calling 911 for help.
