Can I use press images / product images of cellphones for a commercial project I am working on?

Additional Details:
I am planning on producing a knowledge card-game that lists specifications of different cellphones
that are currently available in the market. I thought I should include images of each cellphone to
accompany its specifications. Do I need permission to use the images even if they were official
press / product images distributed by the cellphone manufacturer? Thanks
Legal Topic Area: Intellectual Property in NY

If the images came off the manufacturers websites, the manufacturers likely claim copyright in them and you will need their authorization to use the images.
